The American Academy of Orofacial Pain

The American Academy of Orofacial Pain, an organisation of health care professionals, is dedicated to alleviating pain and suffering through the promotion of excellence in education, research and patient care in the field of orofacial pain and association disorders.

The European Academy of Orofacial Pain and Dysfunction was founded 14th of July 2017 in Geneva, Switzerland.  The Academy will organize annual scientific conferences to create a meeting place for all professionals dedicated to Orofacial Pain and Dysfunction(OPD). It is the Academy’s ambition to establish and maintain an active network of OPD experts who can advance knowledge and best clinical practice in this field.

The International Association for Dental Research (IADR), headquartered in Alexandria, Va. USA, is a nonprofit organization with more than 12,000 members worldwide. Its mission is : (1) to advance research and increase knowledge for the improvement of oral health worldwide; (2) to support and represent the oral health research community; and (3) to facilitate the communication and application for research findings.
The International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) is the leading professional forum for science, practice, and education in the field of pain. Membership in IASP is open to all professionals involved in research, diagnosis or treatment of pain. IASP has more than 7,000 members in 126 countries, 85 national chapters, and 18 Special Interest Groups (SIGs). Founded in 1973, our association is governed by an international Council, made up of Officers and Councilors elected by the membership. Members may also serve on Committees, Task Forces, and Working Groups
The Australian Pain Society is a multidisciplinary association whose mission is to advance pain prevention, management and clinical practice.
