Guest Membership Application Form

Thank you for your interest in joining ANZAOP. Please complete the form below to sign up as a guest member. 

ANZAOP Membership Fee: $350.00 / year (Renews annually on July 15th).
Note: If you are signing up between April 15th and July 15th, your upfront payment today is $0.
Your first $350 annual payment will begin on the next renewal date, July 15th.“

To maintain your guest membership status you must continue to attend the ANZAOP Annual Scientific Meeting. To become an Associate Member of the Academy you must be proposed by two Full Members and deliver an oral or a poster presentation at the Annual Scientific Meeting. 

To become a Full Member you must have been an Associate member of the Academy for at least two years and you must be proposed for membership by two Full Members. This documentation must be forwarded to the Secretary four months prior.

  2. Public listing of members is possible with workplace details. You can change your details and preferences in your online account at any time.
  3. By joining you are agreeing to abide by ANZAOP constitution and by-laws (copy of which can be accessed by submitting an enquiry, as well as objectives of the Academy.
